Situated on approximately 4 acres of wooded property and conveniently located just 3 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, we also have a trolley stop at our main entrance. We have plenty of outdoor common space with firepits, picnic tables, outdoor games, and hammocks for enjoying your time with friends or meeting new people. We also have portable BBQ grills with supplies that we can bring to your cabin, suite, or duplex. Our property hosts log cabins (listed on the National Historic Registry), jetted tub suites, and family friendly duplex cabins as well as a heated outdoor pool (seasonal). Our variety of units contain either king sized beds or queen sized beds with some suites also containing kitchenettes. All of our units have the typical amenities bath and hand towels, washcloths and makeup cloths, soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, minirefrigerator, microwave oven, Keurig coffee machine, flatscreen TV with cable, WiFi, and daily housekeeping service.

Cancellation policy: - When you cancel 11 days or more prior to arrival: Your deposit will be refunded less $25.00 transaction fee.

- When you cancel or shorten your reservation 10 or less days to arrival: All sales are final 10 days prior to arrival date. You are responsible for ALL days reserved. You will be charged for your entire stay.

- Rescheduling Fee: You may reschedule one time with more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. More than one reschedule will be charged a $25.00 service charge. Rescheduling less than 14 days of your arrival date is treated according to the cancellation policy.

- Bad Weather (Implies impassable roads, ie ice/snow): You may apply your full deposit amount to a future reservation anytime within one year in the event of ice or snow causing treacherous road conditions. No other weather conditions allowed!

Rates are higher during holiday and special event weekends and in October.  Sorry, we do not allow smoking in any of our units. A $150 cleaning fee charged for violations.

No refunds for early departures.
